Delivery

AutozCare strives to deliver your items to you ask fast as possible. We endeavor to have your package dispatched to you within 48-hours of receiving your order. Not to worry we will send you information via email or phone number on how you can prepare to receive your package.

For orders that are custom made, will take more time. Custom orders take time to be prepared. We recommend you to contact us after putting in your order. To contact us please visit our contact page or click here.

Yes, you can. We facilitate our customers to a fault. You can change your address in case your packages have not been delivered yet. We advise you to call us directly at our helpline as soon you realize that you have put the wrong delivery address with your order.

If your package is already in the stage of transit, then there may be additional freight charges earned. In case your package has yet not reached the transit stage then there will be no additional costs. Please contact us directly for help to know the number of extra charges you are charged.

When you receive your package you will be presented with an invoice and a packing slip. On this packing slip, all your items to receive are listed. When the package is delivered make sure that you check its contents. You can tick off the items you have received.

As your order is placed immediately after you press to confirm the order it might be difficult to change it. But we strive to accommodate our customers as often as possible. So make sure that upon immediately realizing that you have entered the wrong order you call us immediately to inform us that you have put in the wrong order. However, there may be additional costs incurred.

This is not what I ordered

If you have received an order that was not yours or have received incorrect products, notify us and we will rectify our mistake promptly. To return the incorrect product we will send you the shipping documents to attach with packaging and arrange for a courier to gather at the time and place of your choosing.

From rural areas, we might ask you to drop the package off at the local post office.

In case you have received a package that is damaged, immediately notify the delivery man, ask them to record it, and contact our helpline within 48 hours of delivery.

NOTE: if the damages are not reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your package you will be liable to replacement costs.

If you have received an extra order that was that you did not buy, notify us and we will rectify our mistake promptly. To return the incorrect product we will send you the shipping documents to attach with packaging and arrange for a courier to gather at the time and place of your choosing.

We currently offer 3 types of delivery service: standard delivery for GB Mainland in approximately 2-4 working days; Super Saver 48 Hour Delivery; Premium Next Day. More on our Delivery Services.

Please be advised that you are sent an automated email to the email address you provided. Your email hosts are programmed to categorize automated mail or no-reply email address as junk or spam. So please check your spam or junk folders before calling our helpline.

It does not have to be the person who ordered the package. The signature is taken for security purposes. Any signature taken at the delivery address is proof that the package has been delivered to you.

Unfortunately, we only offer that option when we already have that particular item in stock at our warehouse.

We will need a description of the damages as well pictures of the damaged items in the packaging. This information is crucial to us in assessing our packaging of orders. This will prevent us from similar problems in the future.

How to add to cart?

First click on the item you have selected, it will open a window of the item. There you will see an icon of “add to cart” by clicking on it your item will be added to the cart. Then it will give you an option to continue shopping or to go to the add cart. If you want to purchase more than one item you can click on the “continue shopping” or if not you can go to your cart and check out your order.

After clicking on the item you want to buy you have an option to click form to options in the lower right corner of the window:

  • Add to cart
  • Buy it now

If you are buying just one item you can check it out directly without going to your cart and going straight to the page of filling in your check out information.

You can easily find your parcel tracking code on your order details page. At the confirmation message you receive at the end of your completing your order, you get your order number i.e. order#1234. Make sure to remember or note your order number.>

Visit our website at AutozCare Pakistan you will find the option “track your order”. Click on it and a new window will open for you to enter your order number. On that page, you will be given the progress for your package. Here you will have three stages during your whole delivery process.
